Our experience

Born into a family fully involved in real estate it was a matter of time before spreading our wings. As such, our expertise is in acquisition, development, renovation, management and value add of real estate. Over the years, members of our team have acquired over 15 subdivisions, done over 20 land entitlements, developed over 100 homes and over 500 apartments
We’ve worked with countless financial institutions, met with countless colleagues, worked with multiple municipalities and hundreds of employees. As such, we are well based and connected in the current market and know very trusted and experienced workforce to engage with that matches the needs of such project.
