FOUNDER AND CEO
Liel Manoah has over 10 years of experience in land acquisition, project management, renovation and disposition of properties. Liel has overseen many projects and has taken on many different arenas of a project to get to where he is today.
More so, Liel was born to a family well known for real estate opportunities and as such, has the experience as well as knowledge to bring a deal and take it to the finish line.
Liel was born and raised in Atlanta GA, has a degree in both Business Management and As a Lawyer in the State of Israel. Liel served 3 full years as a combat officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
PARTNER
Eyal “Al” Livnat manages the construction and development of existing land development portfolios and the re-development of new communities for residential, mixed use and apartment communities.
Mr. Livnat began his real estate career when he purchased, renovated, designed, constructed and sold over 800 single family town homes and condos in the metro Atlanta area. In addition, he was involved in the purchase and re-development of over 2,000 lots and was responsible for overseeing over $200 million in construction.
Mr. Livnat was born in Zefat, Israel and moved to the United States in 1989. Eyal served three and a half years in the Israeli Defense Forces and is fluent in both Hebrew and English. Mr. Livnat is a certified Earth Craft master builder and a member of the NHAB, AHBA.
DALLAS BRANCH MANAGER
Since 2018, Daniel has been involved in the acquisition, design, construction, and sale of over 170 properties. Daniel brings an analysis driven approach to estate projects and has experience in many facets of the business; he’s equally comfortable behind a computer screen creating financial models and, in the field, managing ground-up construction.
Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional Daniel was a Management Consultant and worked with Fortune 100 companies to take new products to market, rationalize portfolio costs, model subscriber behaviors, create forward-looking product and portfolio investment strategies, and launch new ventures.
ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
Kim Snyder is responsible for monitoring the Company’s accounting transactions and production of financial reports, as well as investor reporting. Ms. Snyder performs all day-to-day accounting activities for Kingdom Estates as well as other affiliated entities.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Snyder worked as an Assistant Controller for eight years in a mid-sized Real Estate Investment firm. Other positions included a five-year term as an Executive Accountant whereby she specialized in asset management and financial reporting.
LEGAL COUNSEL
Jesse Kaba is the General Counsel of Kingdom Estates and its affiliated entities. As General Counsel, Jesse is responsible for the legal oversight of transactions, including debt financings, acquisitions, development, leasing, dispositions and joint ventures, in addition to the management and coordination of all issues related to corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management and loss and liability mitigation.
Prior to joining Kingdom Estates, Jesse was in private legal practice for nearly 18 years, representing and advising clients in connection with a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and complex issues. Jesse’s practice focused on the entire property life cycle, guiding client from the initial acquisition, to the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of both equity and debt financing. Additionally, Jesse has extensive experience in the area of complex commercial title insurance, having spent the first several years of his career working with one of the largest independent commercial title insurance agents in Georgia.
Jesse holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
